Hi! I am a counsellor with a deep passion and appreciation of all things involving the body. I enjoy supporting clients in developing and cultivating a more meaningful and connected relationship with their own body experience, whatever it may be. My areas of passion + focus include eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, body dysmorphia, dis/embodiment, body trust, body liberation, body neutrality, body acceptance, shame, sexuality, depression, anxiety, and anything else that the body experiences and holds. My work is rooted in self-compassion, as that is the foundation upon which all good and sustainable things are built.
My specialty is in witnessing + honouring your own lived body experience, and being kind and gentle with it. I am curious about your body's narratives - what your body has experienced, how it has shaped you, what stories you may have told yourself about it, and what stories have not yet been shared. I appreciate the body as a source of wisdom + knowing.
