My counselling practice is grounded in the understanding that all human beings are naturally inclined toward growth and healing. My role as a therapist is to work collaboratively with you to customize a plan that will help you understand and move beyond the obstacles that get in the way of living the life you want. It's never too late to create lasting change!
In recent years, neuroscience has taught us a lot about how to make the most of the mind-body connection. As a result, tools such as meditation, clinical hypnosis, and EMDR are an important part of my practice and have become powerful ways to help clients reach their goals.
Providing a safe, comfortable healing environment is also central to my practice. My goal is to join you on your journey of change in a genuine, compassionate, and nonjudgmental way. You have important work to do in therapy, so a good fit is essential!
