With over 25 years supporting people in the health and the social services field, I am passionate about social justice and health promotion. Having an extensive history of supporting people with disabilities and people of disadvantaged health status, patience and compassion leads my work sustained by evidence based therapeutic care using CBT, SFT, and MBSR.
