I offer in-person and online services for youth ages 6-22. I provide psychoeducational assessments and therapy to support individuals of all backgrounds facing mental health and learning challenges. My goal is for individuals to better understand themselves by identifying strengths while also managing their struggles with mental health to help with personal growth.
I hope to foster growth through the 3 C's: Clarity, Change and Comfort. With clarity, you can better understand your feelings and unhealthy perspectives. Change allows for use of that clarity to explore positive circumstances to allow better overall functioning. Comfort allows for new practices that are beneficial for your growth and overall well-being.
I look forward to help students and families who may be experiencing difficulties with mental health challenges and are looking for support with psychoeducational assessments, anxiety, depression and self-image.
