When working with children and youth, it is important to have an environment that feels safe and fun. It is my goals to help children and youth identify and explore how their emotions and thoughts can affect their actions while using holistic methodology that views all aspects of an individual's life and how they interact with their environment.
Each individual has their own unique life story and life experience. We all walk different paths in our lives. What works for one individual may not work for another, but what is important is the discipline of resiliency. I aim to help individuals work through their ups and downs in order to achieve a milestone no matter how big or small.
