A Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist I offer insight regarding the addictive cycle and dysfunctional stress-response. My goal: help you realize freedom from compulsive pornography use, infidelity (including emotional affair, 'sexting', accessing sex trade) or other boundary-crossing behaviours. Specific interventions, strategies and supports are necessary. Change can finally happen.
With training and specialty in mediation (Justice Institute of BC), I can help you navigate how to address conflict or mediate between parties. As we seek to let go out of 'positions' and 'outcomes', and rather focus on values and interests, optimal outcomes and communication can be achieved.
