After completing a year-long internship with psychodynamic clinical psychologist Dr. Ange Cooper and now working under the supervision of couples counselling specialist Sara Lamb, I offer IFS-informed, emotion-focused counselling therapy to individuals or couples from any background over 16 years of age.
