I help couples & families resolve conflict, enhance communication, effectively co-parent and set healthy boundaries. I can help you too! I presently exclusively offer online sessions while working closely with a dedicated team at Strength Counselling Services. I'm dedicated to championing transformative change for those seeking a richer quality of life. Navigating life's challenges, be it with youth or adults, CNM relationships, family dynamics, or facing grief, trauma, anxiety, or depression, demands expertise. The goal of my practice is to provide a safe, and supportive environment, creating space for you to process your thoughts and emotions. I work alongside clients to create a life with authentic joy and develop a "toolbox" of skills. These skills help deal with negative emotion regulation, impulsive reactions and effective communication. I will tailor each session to your individual needs, drawing on various modalities such as Dialectic Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy with a trauma-informed lens.
