I am a Registered Social Worker working with youth (12+) and adults, particularly people who identify as women. I love helping people understand their emotions and deepen their connection to themselves. Whether it's working through trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, or self esteem issues, I support each client with their individual needs in mind.
I have training in the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. Clients are welcome to attend sessions virtually, at my cozy home office, or with my four-legged friends at the barn. Please note the equine therapy is paused from December 2023 until April 2024.
As a woman who has both Mohawk and settler ancestry, I welcome clients seeking a therapist with an understanding of Indigenous culture and intergenerational trauma. I take a gentle and holistic approach to my work and aim to uncover the resilience that I believe is present in each one of us.
