Groups
No-Cost- Navigating Difficult and Intense Emotions
This group is for individuals who are navigating difficult and intense emotions such as anger, irritation, infuriation, rage, or other in this domain of feeling. We offer trauma-sensitive and anti-oppressive ways to listen deeply to these emotions and how to honour and safely express them. This six-week group will be a virtual space to connect with and learn from others, feel less stuck and more choiceful in these feelings, and connect these difficult emotions to personal and collective strengths and resources.
