Are you struggling with obsessions causing intrusive ideas, urges, images, or thoughts that are unwanted and may cause guilt, shame or worry? Engaging in actions in order reduce the upsetting feelings or to prevent something bad from happening? Do you require family members to accommodate or participate in the compulsion? OCD can cause you to feel stuck and worrying about the "what if's". I provide Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) which has been found to have the most strong effect on the successful outcome of treatment for OCD.

My name is Jaclyn and in my practice, I focus on treating people with respect and meeting them where they are at using a flexible, multi-faceted approach. I am a Certified Clinician in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD. A graduate of TLC’s Virtual Professional Training Institute and use Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) Treatment with those with BFRBs.
