Do you feel ready to engage in positive changes with consistent and reliable guidance? I provide a safe and compassionate place to heal and grow. I help clients resolve barriers of the past and the present, opening the door to a brighter future. As a Registered Clinical Psychologist in the province of Ontario, I honour the process of well-being as both my vocation and profession. I studied at the University of Toronto. I completed my Doctorate in Applied Psychology & Human Development and hold a position as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the Waakebiness-Bryce Institute for Indigenous Health.
I assume a rich cultural context in you and do not judge the texture of your past or present choices. Collaboratively, we will identify sources of problems and potential solutions. To me, the aim of therapy is to be able to live without therapy.
I tend to be practical and provide tips and tools to manage sources of conflict with grace and sensitivity. Also, as I routinely teach, supervise, research, publish and present at international venues, I keep up to date with current practices, which is something my patients do recognize and appreciate.
