I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist with 12 years of experience working with people experiencing challenges such as depression, stress, burnout, trauma, family difficulties, the death of a loved one, job loss, social anxiety, or fears. I work with a team of psychologists, testing specialists, and a psychiatrist who treat children and adults with issues ranging from anxiety to navigating life changes. At our Psychology Center, we have experienced, licensed psychotherapists, psychologists, and social workers available to support you.
Our approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT). I am also a certified CBT therapist with the Canadian Association of CBT. I value empathy, compassion, and understanding in my clinical work, and I routinely seek feedback from clients to ensure my approach meets their needs.
I am an English, Russian, and Ukrainian-speaking therapist. Our services follow an affordable cost model ($160 for follow-up sessions). My consultations provide pathways—including but also extending beyond therapy—to help you reduce symptoms and reach your goals. Services are covered by extended health benefits.
