Raising Resilience: Beyond the Back to School Rush
As the school year settles in, many parents face stress, shifting routines, and emotional overwhelm. This session, part of our ongoing parenting series on raising resilient children, isn’t about prepping; it’s a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect. Together, we’ll explore the emotional challenges that follow the back-to-school rush, and share strategies for resilience. Led by Dr. Michelle Sala and her team, this session offers practical tools, honest conversation, and connection with fellow parents.
