CBT Group for OCD for Teens
This group runs for 8 weeks. When your teenager is a part of this group, they will learn key skills to help with their symptoms of OCD. What do you learn in this group? You will receive didactic information about OCD, take part in experiential exercises, and be provided with key resources and worksheets. You will connect with other youth who also have OCD. You will participate in coached Exposure and Response Prevention work. You will also learn mindfulness strategies, acceptance techniques and learn to tolerate distress.

This is a CBT group for OCD for individuals 18+. In this group, you will receive didactic information about OCD, take part in experiential exercises, and be provided with key resources and worksheets You will connect with other individuals who also have OCD You will participate in coached Exposure and Response Prevention work You will also learn mindfulness strategies, acceptance techniques and learn to tolerate distress. You can also engage in individual sessions to deepen the work you are doing in the group setting.
