I work with children and teens struggling with a variety of mental health and learning concerns. Does life seem to be more difficult for your child? I am here to provide your child or teen with some warm, caring support.
I am passionate about helping young people gain confidence in themselves and their ability to handle life, school, and relationships. I provide evidence-based support in a gentle, respectful, and collaborative way. I come from an attachment and emotion-focused perspective, incorporating CBT and play therapy. I also provide psychoeducational assessments.
