I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and dissociative disorder. I wrote the book 490: Forgive and Live Fearlessly and in it, I describe the psychotherapeutic process I use to help my clients recover from emotional problems in as little as 1 session. My depressed clients typically recover in 2 sessions. My anxious clients recover in 3 sessions. My process works because I use applied kinesiology to identify the root cause of the problems you are experiencing right now. Then I help you forgive it. Forgiveness heals the mind, body, and spirit. See client testimonials on my website.

I practice a holistic counselling technique that makes forgiveness front and centre of the process. It incorporates knowledge from Applied Kinesiology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Christian-inspired forgiveness.

I offer a caring and supportive atmosphere that allows you to walk out of the first session completely released from that "thing" that has weighed you down and kept you stuck in a depressive or anxious state for years. You will know the true sources of the problem and I will help you forgive and overcome it in at little as 1 session.
