The goal of my therapy is to impart skills and knowledge to the client necessary to assist in expediting positive changes in self; as manifested in the client's reality and life experience. Client centered, with the client's needs in the forefront; therapeutically focused to assist with the client's overall quality of life by fostering a therapeutic relation that allows the client to focus on and understand life factors and their implications for personal growth and growth impediment. The therapeutic outcome being the promotion of positive cognitive, emotional and behavioral changes. (Authorized practice endorsement-diagnoses).
Integrationist, eclectic psychological services to fit the ever-changing needs of the client; (individual, couples and family). Providing psychological services to clients since 1997 with a diverse set of psychological skills to help promote and facilitate change for the client(s); also knowledge of psychometric assessment/testing, research and diagnoses.
