About
Dr. Lee is currently on leave and is not accepting new clients. Please see flexpsychology.ca for additional team members who may fit your care needs - Many people experience difficulty managing their emotions or feel “stuck” in life. Collaboratively, we will work together towards meaningful change. My approach is informed by Emotion-Focused, Cognitive-Behavioural, and Acceptance and Commitment therapies. I provide therapy to teens and adults, with particular expertise in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma/abuse.
Assessments are available for clients of all ages. This includes mental health and personality assessments, as well as psychoeducational assessments for those experiencing learning or attention-based challenges. Assessments provide you with an in-depth understanding of your difficulties, as well as recommendations specifically tailored to your needs.
I adopt a culturally-sensitive approach to assessment and therapy. I am particularly interested and skilled in working with minority populations, such as racial and ethnic minorities and LGBTQ clients.
