I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved EMDR Consultant. My psychotherapy practice focuses on the treatment of individuals who experience Complex PTSD, and Dissociation from adverse childhood experiences, and PTSD from adult trauma. My therapeutic approach incorporates EMDR, Somatic Psychology and CBT. Adjunctive therapies include Mindfulness Mediation.
