Life can feel chaotic and uncomfortable at times. I appreciate the opportunity to work with individuals, couples and family systems to make positive sustainable shifts. Engaging in therapy can be a challenge as the road is not always straightforward. I have confidence to be able to work with you on your specific goals and find meaningful change in the process. Utilizing evidence-based practice we will form an intention focusing on discipline and clearly defined treatment goals to give you the positive outcomes you are looking for. Life can be a grind at times and I believe in shifting gears:)
We do not function in isolation but are a part of a system and we can clinically explore your situation with clinical curiosity. I specialize in clients feeling 'stuck' and work to shift their dynamics. I am Proud to be an Employee and Family Assistance Section Edmonton Police Service Preferred Psychology Provider and work with Members and their Families!
I have worked with children, youth, adults, and families since 2003 and have taken a collaborative approach with my clients. I utilize humour and the ability to activate hope into something actualized that can be experienced and not just wished for. I am available evenings and weekends and can facilitate in-person, online, or phone where appropriate.
