About
Are you plagued by self-doubt and indecision? Do you have a difficult time standing up for yourself and asserting your needs? Do you feel unable to succeed when presented with an exciting opportunity? Do you feel restrained or suffocated by your personal relationships? Do you have trouble controlling your emotions? If so, I can help you break patterns of behaviour, that may have ensured your survival in the past, but no longer serve your best interests.
Therapy is an opportunity for people to develop a greater understanding of themselves. Increasing self-awareness has been associated with improved relationships, and greater job satisfaction. When we understand our past, and how it affects the present, we can start to experiment with new ways of being that better reflect our underlying needs, and values.
I offer free 15-minute consultations to assess if your therapeutic needs fall within the scope of my competence. I have a background in the performing arts, and welcome artists to reach out for support. Lastly, I am second-generation Canadian and have extensive experience working with diverse populations. I am committed to helping others achieve their goals.
