Are you looking for support or would you like to make change? I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree. I am passionate about empowering clients to make shifts in their lives and the lives of others. I have 16 years of experience in the field of health, mental health and addictions and I work with individuals, couples and families coping with a wide range of issues. I offer an inclusive and accepting therapeutic space for all clients and bring to my work a non-judgmental, warm, and interactive style.
I help clients to cope more effectively with emotions, stress, difficult situations and life changes. I support clients in addressing mental health symptoms and addictions/excessive behaviours and help clients to better understand themselves and others, re-connect with a partner or family member and achieve healthier relationships.
Clinical Supervision- I offer supervision to new and experienced social workers/psychotherapists working in various settings (primary health care, child, adolescent and adult mental health, addictions, and community/private care) who require support on working with clients or building a private practice. Some evening/weekend appointments are available.
