My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed. I include many different practices including Attachment Theory, Emotional Focus Therapy, Parenting styles and strategies, communication techniques, and CBT.
I believe a strong, trusting relationship is key to meaningful therapy. To support this, I offer a free virtual consultation, giving you a chance to see if we’re the right fit.
