If you decide to connect with me, I am first committed to building a sense of safety, trust, and collaboration as a foundation. Through this relationship, we can work with your mind and body, exploring areas such as regulating our emotions/nervous system, defining what it means to live a meaningful life, practicing ways to live in harmony with your values, etc. I work with a range of challenges like trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship struggles. In addition, I have specialized experience with trauma around early childhood and/or sexual abuse. My approach is centered around Narrative Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and ACT.
Whether it's working through trauma, figuring out how to move forward in life, or developing a deeper understanding of yourself, I am confident that I can help you. In my work, I have seen significant and meaningful shifts in the ways my clients experience their own lives through our collaborative counselling process.
