Throughout my 22-year career, I have worked with a diverse clientele in the private, post-secondary, and mental health sectors providing effective one-to-one, couple, and group counselling. I use a non-judgmental and empathetic approach and have gained extensive experience using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).
Taking a client-centered approach, I focus on helping youth (16+) and adults who are experiencing anxiety, panic, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. I provide counselling services to individuals, couples, and families and am committed to providing the highest level of service to all clients.
