As a marriage and family therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families, including children and teens. I'm an integrative therapist, using a variety of modalities. I specialize in mindfulness-based and attachment therapy approaches, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprogramming), creativity and expressive arts, and family systems therapies.
