My passion for Psychotherapy is deeply rooted in my upbringing. As a child, I loved helping people around me and engaging in charitable activities. Few years ago I decided that I wanted to do more, by be apart of the change in people's lives. Over the years, I have had the pleasure of seeing couples and individuals explore and discovered their best selves. I work through a client-centered approach where my clients are able to actively take the lead during each therapy session, while I act mainly as a guide or a source of support for them. Together, we are able to develop new skills and achieve their therapeutic goals.
I work alongside individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, couple, parenting, family, grief and loss, effective communication, cultural differences, anger management, Christian counselling, stress, trauma, and work issues.
Everyone has their individual story to tell, who they are and how their environment contributed to their present situation.
