December 2024: I have a few openings for in-person or online sessions: You want to feel seen with compassion and understanding. We cocreate conditions needed to heal anxiety, depression, grief, or other impacts of trauma. Family stress, loneliness, abuse, neglect, and injustices may challenge you. Events may have overwhelmed you and to cope, you adapted patterns that are no longer wanted. You want to change and live with emotional freedom. If you are numbed out or in fight or flight mode you can learn to regulate your nervous system, process the past, and develop patterns so you can show up the way you want to in your life.
The practices I draw from are proven to support conditions where lasting changes can take place. IFS, or parts work, tapping, self-compassion, and mindfulness may be used. Identity work uncovers your strengths so you can live in line with your values. I am neurodivergent and a Highly Sensitive Person and I welcome working with HSPs and neurodivergent folk.
Our body keeps the score while the mind may not understand why we experience life or behave, think or feel the way we do. This can be confusing. The feminist perspective reminds us that you are not the problem, the problem is the problem. If you are feeling hopeless and want to shift into a more positive life, email for a consult to see if we are a good fit!
