We specialize primarily in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and treat a variety of Anxiety Disorders, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Mood Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, Gambling Disorders and other disorders. We also deal with self-esteem issues. We specialize in treating individuals, couples and groups, as well as adults and adolescents. We also offer 30-minut sessions and video therapy. You can call and see if it is a good fit before starting therapy.
We also specialize in conducting psychological testing and assessments including refugee and humanitarian assessments, and psycho-diagnostic and psycho-educational assessments. We also provide phone sessions as well. We would be happy to speak with you further about what our practice has to offer and about our sliding fee scale.
