Together we can build coping strategies, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and navigate the health, mental health, and social service systems with greater confidence.
Through Holding Space Wellness, I offer counseling, consultation, and system navigation services for individuals, families, and caregivers. Virtual counseling, consultation, and system navigation services are available to clients across Ontario and Alberta. My goal is simple: to provide a supportive space where you can feel understood.
