Don is a non-judgmental, mature, and caring therapist, specializing in services to address the unique needs and challenges of boys and men. Sometimes difficult emotions arise making you feel terrible and damaging your relationships. Depression and anxiety can persist leaving you at a loss for what to do. Perhaps you have lost enthusiasm and motivation to engage with life and battled with a sense of shame that tells you that you must not be yourself. Your son may struggle with some of the above and you are not sure what to do. These experiences and so many more are common to boys and men who often tend to suffer alone.
Trained in several modalities, Don is most influenced by AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy) and IFS (Internal Family Systems). Don would like to support you or your child to find relief, but more than this, to unlock the sense of purpose that comes from being truly ourselves!
