Are you an overwhelmed new mother? Suffering from postpartum depression? A woman going through fertility treatment and feeling alone? A woman who suffered a pregnancy loss and don't know how to move forward? Did you go through birth trauma that needs processing? These experiences are often misunderstood and can feel extremely isolating and overwhelming. I can hold space for you and help support you through this difficult time. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can heal, feel heard, validated, and seen. I support women through some of the most emotionally complex and vulnerable chapter of their lives.
My clinical training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing. Working with perinatal and postpartum mothers as well as miscarriage and infertility. I am able to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals.
Going through these big life changes alone can feel heavy. Not knowing how to move forward from trauma can feel heavy. Trying to navigate what was once your dream can feel heavy.
