My perpetual intention is to assist people in facing and re-processing traumatic / adverse life experiences that could have resulted in anxiety, depression, PTSD, addictions, anger issues, etc. Together, we will explore and unravel the nature and roots of what possibly prevents you from living your best life. Despite the fact that there may be certain obstacles on this way, please know that you anyway have a huge potential to live your life based on what is right with you. As a clinician, I am always committed to do my best to help everyone gain an inner balance needed for achieving their goals.
I use various kinds of talk therapy in conjunction with EMDR, a proven method for reprocessing psychological trauma and adverse life experiences. Also, I tailor my therapy for each client based on the observation that each person's life circumstances are so unique that "by the book" approach, in my opinion, is unlikely to be effective in the long run.
I always prioritize creating a trusting atmosphere in my sessions which means that you will never be alone with your problems. Indeed, a good dialogue helps us to come up with insights which, in turn, facilitate gaining an inner peace and then healing.
