Art-based Mindfulness Emotion Regulation Group is a 8-session language-specifc program that gives children, pre-teens, and teens an opportunity to learn effective strategies to deal with emotions, stress, and life challenges creatively in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Participants will be introduced to arts, crafts, and mindfulness to enhance their self-awareness and coping skills. No previous art training is needed.

The Art of Making Friends Social Skill Group is an evidence-based program which offers intensive and fun social skills training for youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and/or with social anxiety. Participants will learn effective communication techniques and social skills; Parents will receive parallel training in Cantonese or Mandarin on how to support their youth with practicing and utilizing the skills learned.
