I am a psychologist registered with the Ordre des Psychologues du Québec specializing in research-supported treatment approaches, chiefly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I help clients tune their coping skills to overcome new, and sometimes old, challenges as well as to adjust to limitations. I have significant experience addressing: depression, social anxiety, panic, phobias, obsessions and compulsions (OCD), insomnia, trauma, anger management, stress management, life transitions, and family relationships. I make therapy active, including running sessions outside the office for exposure when needed. I prefer to keep therapy time limited to improve accountability and maximize results for efforts.

There are increasing psychological problems which do not meet traditional psychiatric disorders but concern developmental 'family-of-origin' dynamics, impacting adult functioning-regarding work, intimacy and creativity.
