Maybe you feel muddled, overwhelmed and/or paralyzed by day-to-day life. Stuck within competing responsibilities in this increasingly fast-paced world. There might be times when you feel stuck in patterns that leave life feeling unsatisfying and empty. Recognizing how the past contaminates the present is essential within trauma-focused psychotherapy and/or relationship psychotherapy. Self-awareness provides the ability to identify embedded core beliefs that interfere with creating a life worth living.
I strive to offer my clients a trauma-informed and non-judgmental space to explore conditioned beliefs and behaviours that have become unhelpful. Sometimes, insight can only go so far, thus, I offer somatic trauma processing including EMDR, which have been demonstrated to provide relief from PTSD symptoms.
I have particular experience with complicated trauma, which often interferes with living the authentic and meaningful life one wants to live.
