I have been working in the mental health field for over 30 years. Would you like to feel better and become the best version of you? It's time to thrive, not just survive. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, addictions, trauma, grief, or difficult transitions. Sharing your experience takes courage. We will explore your issues and concerns with curiosity and compassion. This is a deeply personal process, and my intention is that you will gain not only confidence and skills, but also the ability to create a meaningful and purposeful life. I offer psychotherapy and clinical supervision for RP(Q) and RP's.
In a holistic approach we will explore your mind, heart and intuition. As a Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner, I offer a calm place for healing, and moving from wounds to wellness and authenticity. I also have a background in athletics, which has created a special interest in helping those in sports reach their highest potential in their personal goals.
I will support you in creating a positive path forward. Life should not be something that happens to you, as you can write a new chapter. We will tap into the innate wisdom you possess deep within. With a raw, risky and real approach you will explore your past and present patterns. I will walk alongside you as you heal and reclaim your innate authenticity.

Clinical Group Supervision
We will explore the purpose of therapy and who you are as a therapist. Supervision is an invitation to reflect on one’s own practice, to observe others’ perspectives and develop a more accurate self-reflection. Supervision is a great opportunity to develop qualities, skills and knowledge within yourself. Some of the themes we will explore are empathic abiding presence, attunement, safety, triggers, pain, shame, trauma, attachment, compassion, possibility and change.
