Enlighten Counselling & Psychotherapy was formed to provide counselling services to anyone needing assistance in various aspects of life. These include transitional life experiences, mental health issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, etc., and/or help addressing issues of stress, self-esteem, peer pressure, social isolation etc. The focus is you, the client. Your needs are important. I work collaboratively with you to find ways to overcome your concerns and reach your goals.
I use a personalized multi-dimensional approach, together with EMDR and/or OEI to treat trauma and PTSD. I have worked extensively with anxiety, depression and ADHD, and have achieved amazing results. Using the Gottman method, I offer couples an opportunity to share their experience, learn skills, equip themselves with tools to improve communication & trust.
