We are a group of RCTs (Registered Counselling Therapists), RCT-Cs (Registered Counselling Therapist Candidates), Social Workers and students completing practicum placements, all with a passion to serve the LGBTQIA2S+ community. More info can be found at: diverserootstherapy dot com.
We have an eclectic counselling approach but use mainly affirmative, trauma-informed and client-centered approaches as well as mindfulness. This means that we look at the individual as a whole but also interpersonally and systemically. We can begin to work with you to rework maladaptive patterns that you’ve found yourself in.
