Disha Counselling & Wellness Centre provides specialized, trauma-informed care in Alberta. As an NIHB-approved practice and Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW), we offer culturally sensitive therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We specialize in supporting Indigenous clients with status cards, addressing intergenerational trauma and cultural disconnection. We also provide dedicated support to the South Asian community, offering sessions in Hindi, Nepali, and Maithili (with understanding of Punjabi/Urdu). Expert Capacity Assessment services are also available in Alberta. We have Male and Female therapists available .

As a Designated Capacity Assessor (DCA) in Alberta, I provide professional capacity assessments. I specialize in couples counseling using the Gottman Method (Level 1 & 2), CBT for skill-building, and EMDR for trauma processing. Additionally, I serve as a Supervisor of Record for RCSW candidates and provide supervision to provisional social workers in Alberta
