I offer weekday online and in-person sessions. Feeling unhappy, anxious, overwhelmed, or having relationship difficulty? My goal is to assist in managing undesirable thoughts and emotions, facilitate connection and communication, and support steps toward your desired change. My approach is based on collaboration, openness, interest, and acceptance, which allows me to be genuine and thoughtful throughout your change process. As a registered psychologist, I work with adult and older adolescent individuals, as well as adult couples in addressing a range of mental health, individual, and relationship concerns.
I have 20+ years of experience in the mental health field. I have completed a number of professional development trainings over the course of my career as part of my desire to provide effective services. The focus of those completed in the last few years has been on EMDR, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, couples therapy, and family issues.
Therapy is a tool for everyone to assist with concerns, big or small. It can help you discover your strengths while learning ways to cope and manage the everyday ups and downs. You are not alone.
