My name is Jolène Robichaud, I have over 23 years of total experience and 16 years of experience working with families and individuals. Mental wellness is a process that requires ongoing attention and care. It is not a fixed destination that you reach and then forget about. As human beings, we have a universal need for recognition, empathy, love and dignity. I believe that these needs can be met through a supportive and compassionate relationship that fosters personal growth and healing. My goal is to offer a safe space for people who are willing to make positive changes in their lives and improve their mental well-being.
