I come to you with over 20 years of experience in mental health. I started as a psychiatric nurse and moved on as a professor in psychiatry. During this time I have met many different people and now I would like to take my practice to a more personal level. I'd love to help you look into what your needs and issues are, and how we can manage them together. We can look at anything that deals with your mental health and wellbeing, I will listen to your story and work will you to find the areas that you would like strengthened.
I offer a diverse blend of activities which may include completing diagnostic-based questionnaires to get a better idea of what may be affecting your health, to discussing with you ways you wish to address your issues, and more. We would find out what you'd like out of our sessions and go from there.
I look forward to hearing from you and discussing the best way forward. I bring specialized experience as a LGBTQ+ ally, and I welcome people in non-traditional relationships. Please feel free to contact me!
