I specialize in relationship counselling; couples, marriage, pre-marital, business partnerships. I always start from a place of hope for the relationship and do everything I can to strengthen it. I also specialize in supporting individuals as they move through major transitions in their lives; divorce, retirement, aging, empty-nesting.
My 'NO-NONSENSE' tools and strategies are research-based and are designed to bring about lasting change. I work with my clients in creating these tools and strategies to make them personally relevant, clearly describing their purpose, thus de-mystifying what can easily become a 'fuzzy and blurry' process.
