Currently accepting new clients for treatment. Wait time for assessment services is 12 months+. At times in life we can become stuck in intense feelings, whether it's related to stressful challenges, life transitions, relationships, or events from our past that continue to cause us pain. We try to cope but our usual strategies are not working anymore.
Meeting you with compassion and curiosity, we will work to understand the factors that are leading you to feel overwhelmed. Together we can make a plan for how to engage fully in your life, relationships, and school or work pursuits.
I use my advanced training in clinical and developmental psychology to carryout careful and comprehensive assessments as well as help to integrate evidence-based strategies into my therapeutic work. It is my passion to help people from all walks of life feel their best and achieve their goals in life. I look forward to working with you or your child!
