I work with people—often in midlife—who are done over-giving, over-functioning, and still ending up hurt or resentful. You may know your patterns but feel powerless to change them. Many of my clients have old relational wounds that keep hijacking their present, and they’re ready for real change—not just insight.
Our work focuses on understanding why these patterns exist and gently helping your nervous system and inner parts feel safe enough to do something different—not through willpower, but through deeper healing.
