Hi, I’m Diane, a Registered Psychotherapist providing therapy for teens and adults. Beginning therapy takes courage, and my goal is to help you feel safe and supported as we work together toward greater self-understanding and healing.
Therapy is a process of developing awareness, insight, and compassion for the parts of ourselves that have been difficult to face. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and behaviors to better understand how they connect to the challenges that brought you to therapy.
My role is to guide you through this process with empathy and curiosity, helping you build tools to manage what feels overwhelming while creating space for growth.
