I am a warm, accepting, and interactive therapist and Masters level social worker with over 20 years of valuable experience and a deep passion for supporting couples and families through significant life changes and transitions. I specialize in helping people deal with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, loss and emergency crises. My focus is on providing therapy to adults, couples, and families utilizing a solution-focused, anti-racism and anti-oppression principles. I have additional training in mental health, addictions and behavioural therapies.
