Welcome! I am a Registered Psychotherapist and specialize in grief, trauma, children's grief, bereaved parenting, perinatal mental health, grief, and trauma. I am passionate about providing high quality, creative, and compassionate counselling services to support individuals of all ages during life's most difficult times. I have over ten years of experience providing counselling services to children, youth, adults, and families and am skilled in a variety of counselling methods to best suit your preferences, needs, and situation. I believe that individuals and families are resilient and will empower you to meet your goals.
I am a Certified Trauma Integration Clinician (CTIC) through the Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre (ATTCH), as well as an EMDR-trained therapist.
